Some Derby County supporters have taken to Twitter to praise Lee Buchanan following his excellent performance in the 1-0 win over Queens Park Rangers.
The Rams recorded back-to-back Championship wins for the first time this season as Colin Kazim-Richards netted the only goal of the game from close range.
The Derby striker will no doubt grab the plaudits for his match-winner, but the Rams victory was largely due to an excellent defensive performance and another clean sheet.

Matt Clarke and Andre Wisdom were excellent, while Kelle Roos was a rock in goal.
But talented left-back Lee Buchanan was arguably Derby’s outstanding player in west London, prompting plenty of praise from the Rams supporters on social media.
Buchanan was making his 17th Championship start of the campaign.
The England U21 international has quickly established himself in Derby’s first-team eleven, playing the majority of their games ahead of the experienced Craig Forsyth.
Buchanan initially struggled defensively as he broke through. However, he is now solid at the back, regularly getting the better of his opposite winger while formidable in the air.
Against QPR, the Derby academy graduate posted 61 touches and six clearances.

Going forward he still has work to do, but his pace, drive and quickness in thought will see him go far and possibly surpass former Derby fullbacks Max Lowe and Jayden Bogle.
The victory for Derby moves Wayne Rooney’s side level on points with rivals Nottingham Forest, and momentarily five points above the Championship relegation zone.
