Derby County v Stockport County pre-season friendly: Live stream, kick-off time, team news

The pre-season preparations take another step on Friday as Derby County prepare for a friendly with Stockport County in Spain.

It will be the Rams’ third game of the campaign and second in front of a crowd, with Paul Warne looking towards the season in the Championship.

The first match saw Derby dispatch Matlock Town, with a 3-0 victory courtesy of goals from Kayden Jackson, Jerry Yates and Liam Thompson.

Following that game, the squad swapped East Midlands for the south of Spain, joining up in a training camp for the week.

Derby played a friendly with Portuguese side Academico de Viseu behind closed doors, with the final result ending in a 3-1 defeat.

Next up for the Rams is a clash with League One side Stockport County, intending to build more fitness.

Derby v Stockport kick-off time

Derby will face off with Stockport on Friday, July 19th at the Pinatar Arena in Murcia, Spain, with supporters from both sides expected to attend the match.

It’s an early game, with kick-off scheduled for 10am (BST), with two separate teams expected to line up each half.

While there is no traditional TV coverage being broadcast for the match, there will be a live stream available for fans to follow along.

RamsTV will be showing the match, with coverage starting from 9:30am (BST), which will require a valid video pass to watch.

Derby team news

Warne is expected to have a full squad at his disposal for the match against Stockport as several injured players are set for returns.

Joe Ward, Ben Osborn and Conor Washington all missed the match against Matlock, but look set to feature on Friday.

Ebou Adams could also get his first run out as a permanent Derby player, following his confirmed switch to the club.
