Polstat Sport claimed both Derby and Blackburn had moved for the winger this month as Lech Poznan’s financial troubles leave the club vulnerable.
But, speaking to Polish reporters, Poznan boss Zuraw is confident Jozwiak will stay after claiming the £3 million-rated player has turned down the latest approaches.
I talked to him. Kamil knows that there are a few months to Euro, and he really wants to go there. But for him to be called, he must play regularly. Changing the club would be risky. He is not eager to leave. Maybe the offers were not attractive enough for him. It seems to me that he will stay with us and will do anything to go to the championships in the summer and attract a big club.
Derby County miss out on Kamil Jozwiak:
Lech Poznan have been forced to sell this month. However, the departure of Darko Jevticia to Rubin Kazan has seemingly allowed them to retain the services of Jozwiak.
The 21-year-old has been in excellent form this season. He has posted four goals and two assists in 19 league starts for the Polish title challengers.
Jozwiak’s contract expires in the summer of 2021. Poznan will be hoping he can perform well at Euro2020 and prompt a scramble for his signature from potential top clubs.
Missing out on the winger is a blow for Derby. Phillip Cocu’s side have lacked quality in wide areas all season, with the strikers struggling without proper service.

Derby have managed to score just 29 goals in 28 games. Only two Championship teams have scored few goals than the Rams this season.
