Derby County goalkeeper Kelle Roos has posted on Kwame Thomas’s Instagram page as the Doncaster Rovers ace netted a brace in the 7-1 rout at Southend United.
Thomas recently signed for Doncaster on a short-term deal.

The striker came through the Derby academy and made his debut for the Rams under former manager Steve McClaren in the 2013-14 campaign.
Thomas, however, struggled to make the grade at Pride Park. He ended up in the National League last season with Solihull Moors and failed to score in 19 straight matches.
But he has been given another chance at Doncaster under Darren Moore. And on Tuesday evening he repaid that faith by netting a brace and later posting an Instagram message.

How Kwame Thomas fell down the leagues:
Thomas has had to endure a difficult past few seasons in football.
The 24-year-old would have been buzzing after making his debut for the Rams. However, failed loan spells at Notts County and Blackpool saw him released in 2016.
A short spell at Coventry was followed by his move to Solihull. There, Thomas seemingly hit rock bottom as he was loaned out to Kidderminster Harriers in National League North.
But to his credit, the striker has bounced back. The move to League One is quite the jump, but Thomas showed his capabilities as Doncaster thrashed Southend at Roots Hall.
It’s fitting that Rovers are also managed by a former Ram in Darren Moore.

Thomas, who had nine caps for the England U20 side, will be hoping for further opportunities to prove his worth while Doncaster seek a return to the Championship.
