Every Derby County star on international duty in November and how to watch them

Derby County’s incredible run of form has seen them win five games in a row in the Championship, but the November international break has put a slight pause on that.

The Rams have built momentum under John Eustace, but now there will be some time for introspection as they plot for the next set of fixtures ahead.

While the head coach will have some time to regroup with his Derby players, there are a few who won’t be at Moor Farm.

Six stars have been called up for international duty, with some big games on the horizon.

Patrick Agyemang – USMNT

Patrick Agyemang has been in fine form for Derby since joining in the summer, capping off an impressive run with the winning goal against Blackburn over the weekend.

The USA international will now join up with the USMNT, as preparation steps up for their home World Cup next summer.

Friendlies await against Paraguay and Uruguay, where the 25-year-old will be looking to seal his place in Mauricio Pochettino’s team.

Sondre Langas – Norway

After his heroics at the end of last season, it has taken a while for Sondre Langas to recover from the knee surgery he needed, but now he is back to his best.

The defender’s return to the side has helped Derby plenty, with the Rams now looking to kick on.

It has also helped Langas himself, who is back in the Norway squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers.

His nation could secure a place for next summer, their first in the World Cup since 1998.

Jacob Widell Zetterstrom – Sweden

Jacob Widell Zetterstrom has a new head coach on the international scene, with Graham Potter now in charge of Sweden.

The former Chelsea coach will have to make a choice over his goalkeeper options, with four called up to the squad for World Cup qualification action.

Callum Elder – Australia

Callum Elder has been a player in form for Derby, and that has been rewarded with a return to the Australian national team.

It’s his first inclusion in the squad for four years, with friendlies coming up against Venezuela and Colombia in the USA.

Ebou Adams – Gambia

Despite spending some time out of the team as of late, Ebou Adams is still part of the Gambia squad for the international break.

An international friendly awaits the Derby midfielder before returning to action with the Rams.

Ben Brereton Diaz – Chile

Chile haven’t managed to qualify for the 2026 World Cup, so they will be featuring in a few friendly matches.

Ben Brereton Diaz is expected to feature, with the Derby loanee continuing to make the squads.
