Kenzo Goudmijn has settled in well at Derby County since he made the daunting switch from AZ Alkmaar all the way to England.
The 22-year-old made a bold switch in moving to the Championship, which is a notoriously quick and physical division.
The Dutch midfielder has settled well, offering various skillsets to Paul Warne, be that in the deep-lying role or further up the pitch.
Pride Park has been something of a haven for Goudmijn, helping him become a Derby fan favourite, though he has struggled to stamp his authority on games away from home.
With that said, Warne has called upon the summer signing to add one other thing to his game to help the side in their fight against relegation.

Paul Warne urges Kenzo Goudmijn to score more for Derby County
Reflecting on his start to life at Derby, Warne gave a glowing review of Goudmijn and the impact he has made.
Speaking to BBC Radio Derby, the Derby boss said: “I think his [Kenzo Goudmijn] start has been really good, I think when we set out in the summer, there was certain things that I thought we were missing.
“Athleticism was definitely one, a little bit of guile was definitely another and I think he definitely brings us that.
“He’s supported really well with predominantly a David [Ozoh] or an Ozzy [Ben Osborn] or an Ebou [Adams] in there, which works really well. I’m really pleased with him, I’d like always, I say this about all of my players, I’d like more goals off him.
“But in fairness to him, I need to get him higher up the pitch, so that’s not necessarily his fault.”
Goudmijn currently has two goals in 11 games, coming in back-to-back matches against Bristol City and Cardiff City at home.
The playmaker will be looking to have an even bigger influence in the weeks ahead, though Warne has hinted at a desire to play him further forward.
In recent games, Goudmijn has often played deeper, though he has some quality to play in those further forward areas.

Midfield goals crucial to Derby County survival
Goals are the currency of football and it’ll be important that Derby score enough to keep away from relegation while keeping solid at the back.
With games often being tight in the Championship, the whole squad will have to contribute with scoring in big moments.
The midfield department will be key in this, with goals from that area being light over the past few years under Warne.
Goudmijn has two to his name, while Ozoh and Adams both have one each and Ben Osborn is yet to open his account.
The Rams will certainly need some more from their midfield unit in terms of making the difference in games with goals.
It remains to be seen whether Goudmijn can be the one to step up or if a collective effort will be made to find the back of the net more regularly.
