Some Millwall fans have taken to Twitter to comment on the speculation linking their club with a January move for Derby County forward Mason Bennett.
Bennett’s contract at Derby expires this summer.

Millwall may feel they can strike a potential bargain this month, and manager Gary Rowett has admitted to the South London Press that Bennett is on his radar.
But some Lions fans aren’t impressed with potentially signing the Derby player.

Bennett came through the Derby academy and made his debut in 2011.
The 23-year-old enjoyed his best season of his career last year. He posted three goals and four assists in 33 Championship appearances under Frank Lampard.
Bennett even started Derby’s second-leg playoff semi-final victory at Leeds United and followed that up with a start in the Wembley defeat to Aston Villa.
Injuries, however, have often disrupted the former Derby academy player’s progress. He has completed the full 90 minutes in just two of his 89 appearances for the Rams.
Bennett is currently out with an injury picked up during the victory over Preston North End in November. He is expected to return to action later this month.

Millwall are just two places shy of the playoffs. Rowett may think adding Bennett to his side’s ranks will bolster their attacking threat in the race for a top six spot.
