According to The Scottish Sun, reported Derby County and Middlesbrough target Sam Cosgrove has rejected a move to Guingamp after the clubs agreed a fee.
The 6ft 4inch striker has been linked with a move away from Aberdeen.
Cosgrove enjoyed a terrific campaign at Pittodrie, netting 23 goals including 20 before the New Year which saw him match a record dating back to the 70s.
His form attracted interest from south of the border. According to the Evening Express, Derby, Middlesbrough and Stoke City all scouted him before the global health crisis.
But the latest club to show an interest in Cosgrove was French side Guingamp.

The Scottish Sun claim Aberdeen accepted a £2.7 million offer for the striker. Cosgrove, however, has turned down the chance to move to Ligue 1.
The 23-year-old only cost Aberdeen a bargain £25,000 from Carlisle United two years ago.
The Dons stand to pocket a hefty profit from his sale. However, it now remains to be seen whether a Championship club come in for him this summer.
Derby will need to strengthen their attacking options. Chris Martin’s contract with the Rams is expiring, while Jack Marriott has suffered from persistent injuries.
Manager Phillip Cocu enjoyed great success at former PSV Eindhoven with Luuk de Jong up top. Cosgrove has a similar build and plays the role of a target man well.
Aside from his goals, Cosgrove is strong in the air, brings others into play and enjoys the physical game. Considering his age, he will only get better too.
Middlesbrough and Stoke, meanwhile, may put transfer plans to one side right now as both clubs concentrate on remaining in the Championship for next season.
