Derby County have now been linked with a summer transfer move for this Hull City player.
Derby County announced the permanent signing of Kayden Jackson on a free transfer on Tuesday morning, with the striker joining on a two-year deal.
He becomes the second player to arrive at Pride Park in the space of a week after midfielder Ben Osborn recently joined on a free transfer.
Paul Warne’s side, after a slow start to proceedings in the summer transfer window, appear to be bursting into life, with several other names now linked.
A loan deal for Swansea City striker Jerry Yates is expected, with the Rams also working hard on a deal to sign last season’s loan hero Ebou Adams.
There’s also links to 22-year-old midfielder Kenzo Goudmijn who plays for Excelsior in the Dutch second tier.
Now though, there’s a new name on the Rams’ transfer radar; Hull City’s Ryan Longman.

Derby County eyeing Hull City man Ryan Longman
Ryan Longman, 23, looks set to leave Hull City this summer, following his 2021 move to the MKM Stadium from Brighton & Hove Albion.
In 72 Championship appearances for the Tigers, left winger Longman scored six goals and grabbed five assists.
Last season, Longman featured 35 times in the Championship on loan at Millwall, scoring three and assisting three.
Recent reports revealed that League One hopefuls Birmingham City and Wrexham are plotting ambitious moves for the Englishman.
Now though, journalist Darren Witcoop has revealed on X that Derby County are also keeping tabs on Longman’s situation at Hull City.
Why Derby County might struggle to sign Ryan Longman at Hull City
The left-wing position is certainly one that Warne and Derby County could do with bolstering, with Tom Barkhuizen the only natural left winger at the club.
But with Birmingham City and Wrexham both interested, and with both looking to spend money this summer, it could be a potentially expensive pursuit for Derby County.
And Longman hasn’t exactly set the Championship alight over the past few seasons, although he could add necessary second tier experience for Derby, whilst also being a young player still.
Derby County will have very limited resources in the transfer market this summer and they must use them wisely.
Whilst a move for Longman would add a talented Championship player to their ranks, and bolster a depleted left-wing position, it looks like Warne might prefer to spend his money elsewhere on the pitch, mainly in middle of defence and midfield.
