Derby County have rejected multiple bids for key player Eiran Cashin from Brighton & Hove Albion.
According to John Percy, Derby have rejected at least four bids for the centre-back from the Seagulls, who remain interested in securing his services before the transfer window closes.
However, The Rams will only consider bids of £3 million or more, and they insist that he be allowed to spend the rest of the season on loan at Pride Park should a permanent move occur.
How big of a loss would Eiran Cashin be?

Cashin is a Rams academy graduate, and has become a star player for the side in the last year, picking up the club’s Young Player of the Year award last season.
He has been a rock at the back, with the 21-year-old being statistically one of the best players in League One for a long time now, so him being subject of interest for Premier League sides will come as no surprise to Rams fans.
However, every player has their price and whilst Derby seems to be very stubborn when selling their players, a big bid from Brighton, who are not short of money after selling Moises Caicedo earlier this week for £115 million to Chelsea, could tempt Derby’s resolve.
Derby have most recently been looking at strikers with the likes of Sam Cosgrove being linked, however, the Rams may have to turn their attention to defence should Cashin make an exit. Midfielder and fellow academy graduate Max Bird has also been linked with a move to Championship Hull City in recent days.
