According to Wales Online, Cardiff City are on the verge of signing reported Derby County target James Collins on a free transfer from Luton Town.
The Republic of Ireland international is out of contract at Luton this summer.

The 30-year-old has notched an impressive 13 goals in all competitions this season, and his contract situation has alerted several Championship clubs.
