According to DH, Derby county and Sheffield Wednesday target Aleksandar Boljevic is set to move to Eupen on a loan deal with the option of a permanent transfer.
The Montenegro international has struggled for game-time at Standard Liege this term.
A recent report from Belgian publication Footnews.be claimed Derby and Owls were keen on him with the international winger eligible for a work permit to play in the UK.

But DH later claimed Championship duo Derby and Wednesday thought they could sign him for free, when Standard were in contrast actually seeking a £2 million fee.
Now, Eupen have stepped up their interest and agreed a loan deal for him. Boljevic has already completed his medical, and confirmation should be announced on Friday.
MORE DERBY STORIES
It’s another potential target which has slipped both Derby and Wednesday by.
The Owls are currently deep in relegation trouble as they sit second bottom of the table, six points behind the Rams and safety following the 2-0 midweek defeat at Coventry City.
Wednesday are desperate for goals. However, they have so far managed to sign just Andre Green on a free transfer, while the search for a new manager goes on.

Derby, on the other hand, are still waiting for the prospective takeover to go through.
The Rams have improved on the field, winning their last two Championship games under the guidance of Wayne Rooney. However, the danger of relegation is still there.
Derby also lack goals. The Rams are the joint-lowest scorers in the league with 15 goals in 24 games. A new striker and creative wide player should top their list ahead of the deadline.
