According to The Sun, Peterborough United have placed a £13 million price-tag on reported Derby County and Middlesbrough target Ivan Toney amid fresh interest.
Derby and Boro lead a lost of Championship clubs keen on the striker.
But the Sun now claim Toney has even more suitors. Premier League duo Burnley and Bournemouth are preparing to pay £9 million for Posh’s leading scorer.

Peterborough, however, are demanding £13 million. Newcastle United would be owed a sell-on fee following his £350,000 move from Tyneside back in the summer of 2018.
Toney has scored 35 goals in 75 appearances for Peterborough.

The London Road club are confident they have one of the best strikers outside the Premier League. For Derby and Middlesbrough, it’s time to step aside.
The Championship duo have spent big in recent years trying to get back to the Premier League. Britt Assombalonga cost Boro a hefty fee, while Derby spent the best part of £8 million on Matej Vydra in 2016 before selling him for a profit two years later.
Both clubs now find themselves in a position where they can’t compete at such levels. Not through a want of trying, but largely down to Financial Fair Play rules.
On the field, Derby should have enough fire-power in Tom Lawrence, Chris Martin, Martyn Waghorn and former Posh ace Jack Marriott to keep them competitive.

Boro, however, are struggling for goals. The Teesside club have netted just 13 times in 16 games this season as they currently sit in the Championship relegation zone.
