Nat Phillips appears to be the option Paul Warne and his staff have landed on as a new addition from Liverpool.

Phillips was born on March 21, 1997, in Bolton, England, which makes him 27 years old at the time of writing – entering the peak years of his career.
The Liverpool ace is approximately 1.9 metres tall – or roughly six foot and three inches – which makes him relatively big.

Throughout his career, Phillips has played as a centre-back who is comfortable playing on either side.
The defender is predominantly right-footed though, which has seen him used on that side of the backline more often.

The family links with Phillips don’t stop there as he is also the son of a footballer, Jimmy Phillips.
His father played over 550 times in his career, starting in 1983 and retiring in 2001.
Jimmy Phillips was best known for his time at Bolton and Middlesbrough, though he did have spells with Rangers and Oxford United.
Nat Phillips later played under his dad in the Bolton academy before he made the switch to Liverpool.

According to Capology, Phillips is currently earning £65,000-per-week, which is a salary of £3.38million for the year.
His current deal at Anfield expires in June 2025.
