Derby County are facing a huge turnover of players in the next year, given the current make-up of their contracts within the squad.
The Rams have had a turbulent few years and squad churn will be nothing new to Paul Warne as he looks to stabilise the club in the Championship.
Over a busy summer, Derby signed 11 players in an attempt to help the team survive in the second tier at the first time of asking.
Additions were made in key areas such as the goalkeeper ranks and the midfield base, but there were also some changes up front.
With the transfer window now closed, the Derby manager will have to look inward at the players at his disposal until January rolls around.
Not only will he have to make the best use of them as possible, but there will also be questions over the future for many of them.

Derby County contract latest
Derby currently have a squad of 28 players for the season, which includes loan deals and youngsters in the mix.
As things stand, Warne could be set to lose 14 of that 28-man squad, which would represent a huge turnover.
Starting with the loan deals, Nat Phillips, David Ozoh, Marcus Harness, Tawanda Chirewa and Jerry Yates will all return to their parent clubs.
Should any impress, it remains to be seen whether the Rams could bring them back for another season, either as a loan or permanently.
Looking at the remaining nine permanent contracts up at the end of the season, there is: Craig Forsyth, James Collins, Sonny Bradley, Curtis Nelson, Tom Barkhuizen, Conor Washington, Kane Wilson, Liam Thompson and Rohan Luthra.
While some of those players may be let go to look for upgrades in the market, there will also be some who may be offered new deals.

Who should stay and who should leave Derby?
While another move for those who featured on loan will be assessed at the end of the season, perhaps it’s best to look at the current contracts that could be offered to players.
The likes of Craig Forsyth, James Collins, Sonny Bradley, Tom Barkhuizen and Conor Washington could move on in the next year as the club looks to reduce the overall age profile of the squad with new players.
As for those who may stay, Curtis Nelson could be offered a new deal after his heroics since joining on a free transfer.
While, in time, the centre-back would likely be replaced, his influence on the team cannot be understated.
Kane Wilson’s future could depend on his performances over the next season, though he has shown glimpses of his ability to be a top player and at just 24 years old, he has his peak years ahead.
Liam Thompson is an incredibly useful squad player, with an engine any team in the Championship could use.
Goalkeeper Rohan Luthra would help keep some stability in those shot-stopping ranks and act as third-choice if required, which may be useful as well.
Derby County players still under contract
So beyond those set to leave in the next year, there is still half of the squad who are contracted to beyond the summer.
Eight of those are contracted until 2026, and they are: Nathaniel Mendez-Laing, Ben Osborn, Josh Vickers, Callum Elder, Joe Ward, Kayden Jackson, Jake Rooney and Dajaune Brown.
The players on deals until 2027 are: Corey Blackett-Taylor, Ebou Adams, Ryan Nyambe, Jacob Widell Zetterstrom and Eiran Cashin.
While only one player is contracted until 2028 and that’s summer signing Kenzo Goudmijn.
