Derby County look to have an unearthed a gem in the transfer market this summer.
Derby County have so far signed eight new players this summer.
And it looks like the Paul Warne is about to welcome a ninth to Pride Park, with Derby County target Jacob Widell Zetterstrom having said his goodbyes to current club Djurgardens.
The shot-stopper will be a welcome addition to the side, especially so after the Rams shipped in four goals during their opening day defeat vs Blackburn Rovers.
Since, the Rams have got back to winning ways, beating Chesterfield in the Carabao Cup after coming from a goal behind.
So far this season, summer signing Kenzo Goudmijn has turned heads.
Goudmijn impressed Derby County fans during his debut at Ewood Park, showcasing his technical ability in midfield as well as his eye for a pass.
There’s some discussion on social media as to where Warne should play the Dutchman, who’s now spoken out on his inaugural games in English football.

Kenzo Goudmijn discusses English football after Derby County arrival
Derby County spent £600,000 on signing Goudmijn from AZ this summer.
The 22-year-old has so far started both of the Rams’ games this season, looking like a shining light in both.
Speaking to the BBC ahead of the weekend clash vs Middlesbrough at Pride Park, Goudmijn has insisted that his own qualities will shine through, once he gets to grips with English football.
Goudmijn said: “I think the pace, the tempo of the football is different.
“I’m from Holland, we like to play tactical, good football, be on the ball… I think here we have more physical power in most of the squads, and the pace is really fast.
“But I feel when I get used to this more, I can bring my own qualities from what I’m used to.”

Where is Kenzo Goudmijn’s best position at Derby County
Even though we’re only two games into the season, it seems clear, so far anyway, that Goudmijn is a live-wire in this side.
Goudmijn looks like one of the few players in this side who can really create something from nothing, so harnessing Goudmijn’s abilities is going to be essential for Warne.
Coming from Holland, Goudmijn’s qualities as a midfielder are when he’s in possession; on the ball either deep or further up the field, picking out passes and turning players.
But therein lies the problem for Warne; Goudmijn has shown his class from deep, but he’s also shown a lot to suggest that he’s better-suited to playing further up the pitch.
Ebou Adams‘ eventual return to full fitness may free up Goudmijn to play further forward.
Or it could yet become a case of Warne making the system fit around Goudmijn, so as to get the best out of him.
It’s certainly a headache for Warne, and one that he’ll have to figure out very soon.
