According to Sky Sports, Middlesbrough are hopeful of signing reported Derby County target Yannick Bolasie in January after missing out on him on deadline day.
The DR Congo international hasn’t featured for Everton this season.
Bolasie, who once cost the Toffees £25 million, seemingly looks set to move in January after nearly departing Goodison Park during the summer transfer window.

According to the Northern Echo, Derby and Boro were in for him and the latter missed out on his signature despite the player seemingly agreeing a move to Teesside.
Now, Sky Sports claim Boro will go in for him again in January as manager Neil Warnock looks to bolster his squad ahead of a potential Championship promotion push.

Warnock has managed Bolasie before during a spell at Crystal Palace. Speaking to the Northern Echo, he dubbed the tricky winger ‘unbelievable’ when on form.
Bolasie, 31, just needs a run of games after coming back from a series of injuries.
With Boro sitting just outside the playoff places, a strong January transfer window could see Warnock’s side make up a strong top six containing the likes of Watford and Swansea City.
Derby, meanwhile, are also short on top quality wide options ahead of January.
Summer signing Kamil Jozwiak netted his first goal in the recent 2-0 win over Swansea City and looks the part. However, on the opposite flank there is cause to strengthen.

Tom Lawrence has been ineffective this season. Martyn Waghorn has played wide right but is predominantly a forward, while Morgan Whittaker is still raw at Championship level.
Interim manager Wayne Rooney will surely identify a new striker as a top priority but adding a winger and a creative midfielder could also be high on his wish-list.
