According to the Mirror (Live transfer thread; January 13 at 13:10), Swansea City and Hull City are both keen on Chelsea’s Tariq Uwakwe who has been linked with Derby County.
The Nigerian-born attacker has made six Premier League 2 starts this season.
After impressing, Chelsea feel the next stage of his development is a loan move and Championship clubs Hull, Swansea and Derby have been named potential destinations.
The Sun claimed last week that Derby are looking at a loan deal until May.

The Rams enjoyed a successful relationship with Chelsea last season. Fikayo Tomori and Mason Mount both moved to Pride Park on loan and became better players.
MORE DERBY STORIES
The duo are now regulars in Chelsea’s first team. Moreover, manager Frank Lampard traded Derby for the Blues in the summer in a deal described as amicable.
The Sun claim Chelsea would be happy to loan Uwakwe to Derby after last season. They believe a spell at Pride Park would aid his development going forward.
Derby are short on attacking quality. The Rams have scored just 28 goals in 27 league games this season. A lack of service to the strikers has been highlighted as a major contributor.
Uwakwe is predominantly an attack-minded midfielder. The 20-year-old is agile on the ball, has good awareness and likes to drive forward and create opportunities.
He would be ideal for Derby. However, the latest reports claim both Hull and Swansea are also eyeing a potential deal for him after tracking his progress in the U23s.

The Swans are level on points with six-placed Sheffield Wednesday. Hull, meanwhile, are three points further back as both clubs eye a playoff spot this season.
