According to TEAMtalk, Derby County and Celtic have been joined by the likes of Middlesbrough and Swansea City in the race to sign Kasper Junker.
The Bodo / Glimt striker has been in stunning form since the summer.
Norway’s domestic campaign resumed in June, and since then Junker has scored 26 goals in 25 games including netting against AC Milan in the Europa League.
According to VG in the summer, Derby County and Barnsley were tracking on him.

Now, TEAMtalk claim Derby and Celtic have been monitoring his progress while Middlesbrough, Swansea City, West Bromwich Albion and Crystal Palace are also keen.

Norway’s domestic campaign finished at the weekend. Junker, who never hit double figures prior to this campaign, was crowned top scorer and a title winner.
The 26-year-old sensation also enters the race for the 2020-21 Golden Boot award. His current tally of 26 goals sees him just behind Robert Lewandowski in the running.
Celtic have endured a tough campaign so far following their European exit while bitter rivals Rangers take a big lead in the race for the Scottish Premiership title.
The Hoops may be looking at adding some fresh impetus in January, and Neil Lennon’s side have been short on goals compared to previous seasons.
Derby, on the other hand, are crying out for a new striker.
The Rams saw Chris Martin depart on a free transfer in the summer. Jack Marriott left on loan while Martyn Waghorn has struggled to replicate his best form.

Derby are among the lowest scorers in the Championship. Colin-Kazim Richards has been superb of late, but the Rams must look at an alternative to aid the 34-year-old.
A new striker should be a top priority for interim manager Wayne Rooney. Junker would be excellent, but the competition for his signature may now be a major stumbling block.
