Derby County return to Championship action on Saturday.
Derby County were knocked out of the Carabao Cup in midweek, losing vs Barrow on penalties.
It was a shock to the system for Paul Warne and his first-team squad, who played extremely poorly against lower league opposition.
And whilst Warne’s main focus right now might be on potential deadline signings, he’ll no doubt have a lot of focus on the game vs Bristol City.
Ahead of the 11pm transfer deadline, Derby County have been linked with Liam Cooper, and also Leicester City’s Ben Nelson.
So far though, it’s been a very quiet deadline day at Pride Park.

Derby County team and injury news vs Bristol City
The main injury absence for Derby County right now has been Eiran Cashin.
Cashin was ruled out for two weeks due to concussion protocols, but the centre-back will return against Bristol City.
So too will Corey Blackett-Taylor, but Ben Osborn remains sidelined for this one with a calf injury.
Josh Vickers is sidelined with a groin injury, whilst Jake Rooney and Kane Wilson remains a longer-term absentee for the Rams.
Warne says Kenzo Goudmijn took a knock vs Barrow, though it doesn’t seem serious,

Derby County predicted XI vs Bristol City
Derby County’s new signing Tawanda Chirewa may be in line to make his league debut this weekend, especially with some injuries within the Rams’ first-team.
Elsewhere, Goudmijn may be in line for a spot in the bench having started every game this season, and having took a knock in midweek.
He remains the Rams’ best midfield threat though and so the Bristol City game certainly feels like a balancing act for Warne.
Expect Cashin to return to the XI in place of Sonny Bradley.
